Product description: Electric explosive-proof butterfly valve is powerful, light and portable and is superior for its reliable performance, simple matching and strong flow capacity, therefore it can be particularly applied to sticky medium with particle and fiber.

Product features: 1. The body is made of hard aluminium alloy with strong corrosion resistance and IP grade of IP67 or IP68;

2. Fully enclosed squirrel-cage motor is small with large torque and small inertia, its insulation grade is level F, and thermal protection switch is installed inside to prevent motor damage;

3. The hand wheel is designed to be safe, reliable, labor-saving and small. When no power, clutch handle can be pulled for manual operation;

4. Dryer is equipped with to prevent moisture condensation inside of the actuator due to temperature and climate change and to maintain the desiccation of electric parts inside;

5. Machinery and electronic spacing;

6. Overload protection is offered to prevent motor damage;

7. Precision double worm gear is adopted for its efficient transmission, large torque, high effectiveness and low noise to prevent from rotating back. The driving parts are stable and reliable.
