The pneumatic flange ball valve

Product description: The pneumatic flange ball valve can be tightly closed with 90° rotation operation with air and a very small driving torque. The ball valve has main features including compact structure, simple operation and maintenance. It is applicable to general working media such as water, solvent, acid and natural gas as well as media under serious working conditions such as oxygen, hydrogen peroxide, methane and ethylene.

Product features: 1. With small fluid resistance, it has resistance coefficient equal to that of tube section of same length.

2. Simple structure, small volume and light weight.

3. As the material of the sealing face of ball valve is generally plastic, it has good sealing performance and has been widely applied in vacuum system.

4. It can be quickly opened and closed easily. As it is only necessary to rotate for 90° from full opening to full closing, it can be remotely controlled.

5. As the pneumatic ball valve has a simple structure and the seal ring is generally movable, it can be disassembled and replaced easily.

6. When it is fully opened or closed, the sealing face of ball body and valve seat are isolated from the media, thus the sealing face of valve will not be corroded when the valve passes through the media.
