UPVC pneumatic ball valve
Applying union and flange type connection, UPVC pneumatic ball valve can be quickly assembled without using special tools. It has advantage including compact structure, good wear resistance, easy disassembly, convenient repair and simple maintenance. The material of the valve body has features including sanitary and non-toxic features, strong corrosion resistance, light weight and wide range of application.
1. Wide range of working temperature: -40~95℃;
2. Good strength and tenacity;
3. Good resistance to chemical corrosion;
4. Self-extinguishing type flame resistance;
5. Low heat conduction performance, about 1/200 of steel material;
6. Heavy ion content in media reaches standard of ultrapure water.
7. It has hygienic indexes meeting requirements of state health standards.
8. Smooth tube wall and small frictional resistance and adhesive force in fluid transmission.
9. Light weight, about 1/5 and steel tube and 1/6 of copper tube.
10. Simple installation and flange type, threaded type and union type connection can be applied.
11. Excellent aging resistance and UV resistance and long service life.
